Overview
The International Certificate in Quality Management and Sustainability is a three (3) day
course designed to provide students with the quality management principles, techniques, tools,
and skills for on-the-job applications useful in a wide range of businesses and organizations,
including service, manufacturing, government, education, and healthcare. This course will help
seasoned professionals brush up on the key elements of Quality Management (QM).
Modules
Students will learn quality management (QM) concepts and tools they can immediately apply on
the job to improve their organization. The course consists of six (6) modules;
– Quality Management, Quality Management System and Quality Standards
– Introduction to ESG and Risk Management
– Fundamentals of Organisational Design
– Project Quality Management
– Introduction Leadership and Strategic Planning
– Management System Auditing, Management Reviews and Improvement

The International Certificate in Quality Management and Sustainability has received
