ISO 22301 is an international standard for Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) that provides a framework for organizations to manage their business continuity processes. It helps organizations plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain, and continually improve their BCMS, ensuring they can respond effectively to disruptive incidents. 

It aims to enhance organizational resilience, improve risk management, and ensure a systematic response to crises.

Course Objectives

At the end of this course delegate will be able to:

• Explain of the importance, fundamentals and principles of Business Continuity  Management System (BCMS) based on ISO 22301
• Determine whether the BCMS complies with ISO 22301 requirements using the basic audit concepts and principles.
• Plan, conduct, close and follow-up ISO 22301 compliance audit in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO 1901, including other auditing best practices
• Manage an ISO 22301 audit program
