Our mini MBA in Enterprise and Organisation teaches students how to start a business and develop a formidable organisation or innovate an existing organisation. The course is designed for those who are interested in starting their own business or those who are interested in effecting entrepreneurial changes in large corporations. The course will equally equip students with the business knowledge, tools and techniques to lead and manage SMEs.
